life without cable and loving it

I realized that many folks are writing articles on how to save money for cable. Most are saving $50. We ditched cable in June and are saving almost $95 a month. We already had Netflix along with an Xbox and a Wii. We can now watch streaming video on our TVs in two rooms of the house. Which is really nice when you are sick in bed. We had decided that if we could make it thru the summer no cable would be a permanent thing. I am currently contemplating a hd antenna so the hubby can watch football, but its still in the works.
