Today V (who has pneumonia) sat and watched me plant carrots, onions, lettuce and a corn plant (named Grover).
If all goes well, I will have (approximately)
Carrots in 70 days (May 18th)
Onions in 120 days (July 6th ish)
Lettuce in 48 days (April 27th)
and should Grover actually do well where I put him... we should have ears of sweet corn in 89 days (June 1st)
I also put up plastic as a makeshift green house since most of this was put in as seed and it gets cold-ish.
Yeah me! I win!
