So it's the weekend, time to work in the garage to finish the shelving and time to head out back to see what if anything can be done to start building the garden beds. I'm thinking a raised bed (or at least partially raised) might be nice since I know that there are sprinklers lines somewhere under the ground.
As for placement, I'm thinking of the area behind the house (South facing) near the a/c unit. I should be able to make the beds about 1.5 to 3 feet wide, about 6 feet long and if I can go below the gound at all that would be nice, but since I'm thinking potatoes, I may have to go up as well.
AND - I'm almost finished with one of a pair of legwarmers...woo hoo!
